Kaitlyn Tobin MA, LLP, DP-C

Kaitlyn is the Saginaw Site Supervisor. She utilizes Cognitive-Behavioral strategies to treat a range of disorders in both adults and children. She has experience working with people with developmental disabilities, children and teenagers with behavioral issues and adults with depression, anxiety and other severe mental illnesses . Kaitlyn takes a collaborative approach to working with clients in order to focus on their strength’s. She is passionate about helping others incorporate mindfulness and motivation into their everyday lives. Other treatment modalities include Solution- Focused Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

Michael H. Mersy LMSW, M.DIV, CAADC

Michael has extensive experience in treating anxiety, depression and substance abuse. He has been trained in EMDR techniques that address the effects of trauma. Michael is very interested in spirituality and holistic healing – body, mind and spirit.

Robin Fenlon LMSW, ACSW, CAADC, RPT-S

Robin has significant experience working with individuals, couples and children. She has previously worked in a treatment center for addicted mothers and their children. Robin uses several therapeutic techniques geared towards each individual’s needs. She has a passion for play and sand tray therapy. Robin has also obtained her supervisory certificate in play therapy.

Steve Johnson LMSW

Steve brings to LIST over 35 years of clinical experience. Over the years he has treated clients, both adults and children, with a wide variety of disorders including those related to grief, loss, marital conflicts and domestic violence.

Chuck has extensive experience pragmatic approaches through cognitive behavioral therapy with marriage, family and individual counseling to treat a wide spectrum of disorders of mental health and substance abuse. He also specializes in spiritual faith based therapy where desired by clients.

Ruth Andrus LMSW, CTS

Ruth has worked with victims of trauma and abuse for 25 years. She also has experience working with sexual offenders, their families and the families of their victims.

Mikayla Stakolosa LLMSW, DP-C

Mikayla has experience in treating people with anxiety, depression and substance use disorder.  She enjoys working with adolescents, young adults and the LGBTQ+ community.  Mikayla uses cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy and person-centered therapy to help individuals achieve their treatment goals.

Blair Devlin MA, LLP

Blair M. Devlin, M.A., L.L.P. currently specializes in psychological assessments which vary in scope. He has previously conducted therapy as well as working in both the school setting and juvenile residential before moving into his current interest and specialization. Blair would like to broaden his scope of assessments to serve the needs of those who may have had difficulty in gaining services.

Special Interests:
Previously a therapist, current area of interest and focus is psychometrics and administering assessments. Some of these can include assessing for attention difficulties, guardianship, bariatric, and other mental health assessments.

Music, television (history and international films), automobiles, old radio programs, books, antiques and collectibles of 1950s and 60s, general research involving many topics just to gain knowledge.
