Kim is our Site Supervisor and has extensive experience treating a variety of mental health and substance abuse issues including mood disorders, co-dependency and co-occurring disorders. She uses cognitive behavioral strategies with an emphasis on wellness and lifestyle balancing. She enjoys working with people of all ages to identify and resolve barriers in their life and develop the skills necessary to meet their full potential.

Michelle Schmitzer MA, LPC

Michelle has experience working with people who have experienced domestic and sexual violence, particularly women. She also has experience working with people who have co-occurring disorders and criminal backgrounds. Michelle is an empowerment perspective counselor who is very interested in assisting people experience healthy relationships and achieve emotional self sufficiency.

Joshua Kennard LLMSW

Joshua has 21 years of experience working with juvenile delinquency, adjudicated youth, shelter teens, transgender, and substance abuse residential programming. Joshua focuses on using CBT to offer his clients the ability to work through their course of treatment and allow them to grow mentally, physically, and emotionally.

Becca has experience applying cognitive behavioral theory interventions with clients as well as providing individualized trauma treatment to clientele in residential and outpatient settings. Her past experience has been focused on working with female adolescents with substance abuse and co-occurring disorder backgrounds.
