Shana Norgan, CADC-DP is a compassionate, down-to-earth clinician known for her honest and practical approach. She holds the Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor – Development Plan (CADC-DP) credential.
Shana currently provides substance use disorder (SUD) counseling and recovery-focused services, including relapse prevention planning, motivational enhancement, coping skills development. She uses evidence-based approaches including Motivational Interviewing (MI). Shana works from a strengths-based, person-centered perspective; meeting clients where they are and helping them build insight, resilience, and sustainable change.
