Robin has significant experience working with individuals, couples and children. She has previously worked in a treatment center for addicted mothers and their children. Robin uses several therapeutic techniques geared towards each individual’s needs. She has a passion for play and sand tray therapy. Robin has also obtained her supervisory certificate in play therapy.

Steve brings to LIST over 35 years of clinical experience. Over the years he has treated clients, both adults and children, with a wide variety of disorders including those related to grief, loss, marital conflicts and domestic violence.

José E. Padilla-Segarra LLP

José E. Padilla-Segarra, PhD, LLP – Clinical therapist: Jose has experience using various evidence-based cognitive behavioral treatment methods to treat many anxiety, mood, and other mental health disorders. He has experience with play therapy and neurodivergent children. Also, he has experience
working with culturally diverse individuals and their needs. José is drawn to support underserved demographics and to explore how to use research to close the gap between the population and mental health services in the Mid Michigan area.

Mikayla has over five years of experience incorporating Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy to help individuals achieve their mental health treatment goals. She has experience in treating people with substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, and trauma related disorders. Mikayla strives to foster an empathetic and non-judgmental atmosphere for clients, so that they feel supported inreaching their mental health goals.

Kaitlyn Tobin LLP, CAADC

Kaitlyn is the Saginaw Site Supervisor. She utilizes Cognitive-Behavioral strategies to treat a range of disorders in both adults and children. She has experience working with people with developmental disabilities, children and teenagers with behavioral issues and adults with depression, anxiety and other severe mental illnesses . Kaitlyn takes a collaborative approach to working with clients in order to focus on their strength’s. She is passionate about helping others incorporate mindfulness and motivation into their everyday lives. Other treatment modalities include Solution- Focused Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

Chuck has extensive experience pragmatic approaches through cognitive behavioral therapy with marriage, family and individual counseling to treat a wide spectrum of disorders of mental health and substance abuse. He also specializes in spiritual faith based therapy where desired by clients.

Brandon Luedtke PA

Brandon finds great purpose in his work serving people with due compassion because of what their lives are representative of to him. He enjoys meaningful conversation about what a person treasures. Without the ability to convey one’s thoughts clearly in conversation, it can make learning about a person challenging.

Melissa Wazny NP

Melissa was born and raised in Mid-Michigan and is a proud mother of two wonderful young men. Melissa started her career as a Medical Assistant at an area local hospital and continued to grow in her passion for helping others. She obtained her certificate as a Nursing Assistant and worked in the Neurocognitive Unit. She then obtained her Associate’s in Nursing, where she worked in the units of Oncology/Hospice, and Cardiology, while also volunteering to float wherever she was needed. Melissa continued to grow in her career and obtained her Bachelor of Nursing at Chamberlain College of Nursing. This opportunity allowed her to understand the importance of the quality of care patients received by working as a Quality Specialist for nine years. Melissa knew that she wanted to expand her knowledge and passion for helping others.

Steven Paul LLMSW

Steven has experience supporting individuals with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions, Veterans, and individuals with developmental disabilities. A former educator and U.S. Army Veteran, he recently relocated to Michigan from New York, and brings a multidisciplinary approach to his practice. Steven is particularly committed to addressing the unique challenges faced by service members, individuals in recovery, and adolescents.
